I hold a Master of Development Practice from the University of California at Berkeley, along with Graduate Certificates in Applied Data Science and Geographic Information Science and Technology. My work explores the intersection of environmental change, development economics and policy to inform responses to displacement, relocation, and adaptation. Drawing on a year-long fieldwork in Nepal, I am keen to explore the lived experiences and governance challenges of climate- and disaster-induced (im)mobility in rural areas across South Asia and the broader Global South. My approach combines mixed methods to better understand the complex interplay between people, policy, and place.
